Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour two round cake pans.

  3. Add softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Divide batter evenly between the pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Spread pastry cream between each layer, then cover the entire cake with whipped cream.
