Description

Nutella Star Bread is a beautiful and delicious sweet bread shaped like a star, filled with Nutella.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g all-purpose flour
  • 250ml warm milk
  • 50g sugar
  • 7g dry yeast
  • 50g melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200g Nutella
  • 1 egg yolk (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide dough into 4 equal parts.
  5. Roll each part into a circle.
  6. Spread Nutella on each circle, leaving a small border.
  7. Stack circles on top of each other.
  8. Cut into 16 strips from the center outward.
  9. Twist pairs of strips outward to form a star.
  10. Brush with egg yolk.
  11. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
