Description
Nutella Star Bread is a beautiful and delicious sweet bread shaped like a star, filled with Nutella.
Ingredients
Scale
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 250ml warm milk
- 50g sugar
- 7g dry yeast
- 50g melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 200g Nutella
- 1 egg yolk (for brushing)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into 4 equal parts.
- Roll each part into a circle.
- Spread Nutella on each circle, leaving a small border.
- Stack circles on top of each other.
- Cut into 16 strips from the center outward.
- Twist pairs of strips outward to form a star.
- Brush with egg yolk.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

- Let dough rise in a warm place.
- Use a sharp knife for clean cuts.
