- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until smooth.
- Add milk and vanilla to the egg mixture.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a thick batter forms.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Do not overcrowd the pan while frying.
