Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Melt butter and mix with milk and lemon zest.
- Add eggs to the dry ingredients, then incorporate the wet mixture.
- Pipe dough into doughnut shapes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
- Cool and fill with pastry cream.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
