  • 100g cooked ham
  • 100g sliced cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 50ml milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut the pancarrè into thin slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.
  3. Layer ham and cheese on each slice.
  4. Roll the slices tightly and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
  6. Pour the mixture over the rolls.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve warm.
