Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle.
  3. Spread cream cheese evenly over the pastry.
  4. Layer smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape.
  7. Brush the log with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing.
