Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, mixing gently.
- Pour the batter into a lined baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Roll the cake while warm and let it cool.
- Unroll, spread whipped cream, then roll again.
- Decorate with melted dark chocolate and powdered sugar.

- Use a clean kitchen towel to roll the cake to prevent sticking.
