Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 150g unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 100g granulated sugar
- 50g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 20cm cake pan.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs.
- Sift in the flour and gently mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
