Description

Ingredients

  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 50g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 20cm cake pan.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
  3. Whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  4. Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs.
  5. Sift in the flour and gently mix until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let it cool before serving.
