- 200g all-purpose flour
- 150g sugar
- 100g butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50ml milk
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease and flour a heart-shaped cake pan.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold into the mixture.
- Add milk and mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Decorate with powdered sugar or fresh berries.
