- 150g granulated sugar
- 4 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round cake pan.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler, then let it cool slightly.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
- Sift in the flour and salt, then mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let the cake cool before serving.

- Dust with powdered sugar before serving for extra sweetness.
