Description

Ingredients

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add melted butter and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Sift flour and fold into the batter.
  5. Pour into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let the cake cool, then slice into layers.
  7. Whip the heavy cream and spread between the layers.
  8. Melt dark chocolate and pour over the cake.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with berries.
