Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  4. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, mixing until smooth.
  5. Divide batter evenly between pans and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cakes cool completely. Spread whipped cream between layers and on top.
  7. Decorate with strawberries, chocolate shavings, and edible flowers.
