Description
A traditional Italian cake served during First Communion celebrations.
Ingredients
Scale
- 300g flour
- 200g sugar
- 150g butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 100ml milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in flour and baking powder.
- Add milk and vanilla.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
Notes
- Decorate with powdered sugar.
- Serve at room temperature.
