- 150g butter

- 100g candied fruit
- 50g raisins
- 50g almonds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add softened butter and eggs, then mix well.
- Fold in candied fruit, raisins, and chopped almonds.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Soak raisins in warm water for 10 minutes before using.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving for extra sweetness.
