- 100g butter, melted

- 250ml whipped cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a rectangular baking pan.
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
- Fold in flour and melted butter gently.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let the cake cool, then slice horizontally.
- Spread pastry cream on the bottom layer, top with whipped cream.
- Place the top layer and dust with powdered sugar.

- Ensure eggs are at room temperature for better volume.
- Do not overmix the batter to keep the sponge light.
- Chill the cake before serving for easier slicing.
