Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix flour, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, baking powder, and vanilla to form a batter.
- Pour into a greased cake pan and bake for 40 minutes.
- Let the cake cool, then slice horizontally into three layers.
- Spread whipped cream and berries between each layer.
- Dust the top with powdered sugar before serving.
