- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100g butter, melted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 300g fresh strawberries
- 200ml whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Pour the batter into a heart-shaped baking pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Slice strawberries and arrange them on top of the cake.
- Spread whipped cream over the strawberries.
- Serve and enjoy.
