  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Let the cake cool, then slice it horizontally into two layers.
  7. Spread custard cream on the bottom layer, then add sliced strawberries and raspberries.
  8. Place the top layer over the filling and dust with powdered sugar.
