Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add melted butter and vanilla, mix well.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold into the batter.
- Add sliced apples and cinnamon, mix gently.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
