- 200g flour
- 150g sugar
- 100ml vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Add oil and grated carrots, mix well.
- Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, then fold into the batter.
- Pour into a greased cake pan and bake for 40 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
