Description

A simple and elegant heart-shaped cake, perfect for celebrations and romantic occasions. The torta cuore minimal is light, moist, and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 80ml milk
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a heart-shaped cake pan.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together, then fold into the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually add milk to form a smooth batter.
  6. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before removing from the pan.
