- 150g sugar
- 100g unsalted butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 80ml milk
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a heart-shaped cake pan.
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together, then fold into the butter mixture.
- Gradually add milk to form a smooth batter.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.

- Dust with powdered sugar before serving for decoration.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
