- 100g butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200ml milk
- 200g jam or cream for filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and milk. Mix well.
- Pour batter into a greased heart-shaped cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Let cool, then slice horizontally and fill with jam or cream.

- Let cake cool completely before filling.
- Dust with powdered sugar for decoration.
