- 200g ground almonds
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
- Beat the yolks with sugar until creamy.
- Mix in the melted chocolate, almonds, vanilla, and salt.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into the batter.
- Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Do not overmix the batter after adding egg whites.
- Check doneness with a toothpick—it should come out slightly moist.
