Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add orange juice, zest, and oil. Mix well.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold gently.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
