A delicious twist on traditional tiramisù using panettone instead of biscuits. Perfect for festive occasions or whenever you crave a sweet treat.

- 500g panettone, sliced
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 3 eggs, separated
- 50g sugar
- 200ml strong coffee, cooled
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp rum or coffee liqueur (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the coffee and let it cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar until pale and creamy.
- Add mascarpone to the yolk mixture and mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold egg whites into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip panettone slices into the coffee and layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the panettone.
- Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped panettone and the remaining cream.
- Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Use fresh, high-quality panettone for best results.
- For a non-alcoholic version, skip the rum or liqueur.
