Description

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 200g ricotta cheese
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg yolk (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Mix ricotta, Parmesan, egg, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into star shapes.
  4. Place filling in the center of half the stars.
  5. Cover with remaining stars and seal edges.
  6. Brush with egg yolk.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
