- 200g ricotta cheese
- 100g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg yolk (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix ricotta, Parmesan, egg, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into star shapes.
- Place filling in the center of half the stars.
- Cover with remaining stars and seal edges.
- Brush with egg yolk.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
