- 200ml heavy cream
- Zest and juice of 2 oranges
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the citrus zest, juice, and vanilla into the egg mixture.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the citrus mixture.
- Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Slice and serve chilled.
