Ingredients

  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 150g mozzarella balls
  • 100g mixed olives
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 50g fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables.
  2. Combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, olives, and cucumber in a bowl.
  3. Toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  6. Serve chilled.
