Ingredients

- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150g mozzarella balls
- 100g mixed olives
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 50g fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all vegetables.
- Combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, olives, and cucumber in a bowl.
- Toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of dried oregano.
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated.
