Ingredients

- 200g flour
- 100g butter
- 50g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, knead into a dough.
- Roll out dough and cut into small shapes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
