Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
  3. Add Arborio rice, stir for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in white wine, cook until absorbed.
  5. Add broth, one ladle at a time, stirring constantly.
  6. Continue until rice is creamy and cooked.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
