Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix almond flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold egg whites into the dry ingredients.
- Add vanilla extract and orange zest. Mix until combined.
- Shape dough into oval cookies. Roll each in powdered sugar.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
