Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 100g ricotta cheese
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 50g ground meat (beef or pork)

- 500ml beef stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix flour and eggs to form a dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Sauté onion in butter, add ground meat, and cook until browned.
- Mix meat with ricotta and Parmesan to make the filling.
- Roll out the dough, place small amounts of filling, and pinch to form ravioli.
- Cook ravioli in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
- Simmer beef stock until reduced to a thick brown sauce.
- Serve ravioli with the sauce.
