- 200g pumpkin, diced
- 150g sausage, crumbled
- 3 eggs
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a tart pan.
- Sauté pumpkin and sausage in olive oil until tender.
- Whisk eggs and cream together, then mix in cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Spread pumpkin and sausage over the crust, then pour egg mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
