- 400g canned tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh basil leaves
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add canned tomatoes, salt, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain pasta and mix with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Use fresh tomatoes if in season.
- Adjust salt according to taste.
- Add chili flakes for extra spice.
