Description

Ingredients

  • 400g pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, salt, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain pasta and mix with the sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • Use fresh tomatoes if in season.
  • Adjust salt according to taste.
  • Add chili flakes for extra spice.
