Ingredients

- 1 kg pasta
- 2 kg mixed meats (beef, pork, chicken)
- 500g potatoes
- 300g carrots
- 200g celery
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 500ml tomato sauce
- 200ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme)
Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables by peeling and chopping.
- Brown the meats in a large pan with olive oil.
- Add chopped vegetables and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Pour in tomato sauce and simmer for 2 hours.
- Cook pasta separately according to package instructions.
- Serve meat and sauce over pasta.
