Description

- 500g octopus, cleaned
- 300g potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the octopus in salted water for 30 minutes until tender.
- Remove the octopus and let it cool. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil the potatoes in the same water until soft, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and mix with the octopus.
- Add minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and toss gently.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
