Instructions
- Season the beef fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear the fillets for 3 minutes per side.
- Add garlic, rosemary, and red wine to the pan.
- Reduce heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in butter before serving.
