Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
