  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, and feta cheese.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Toss gently to combine.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
