Instructions
- Mix almond flour and powdered sugar in a bowl.
- Add egg white and almond extract, knead into a smooth dough.
- Fold in chopped candied orange peel.
- Shape dough into small balls or logs.
- Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
