Description
A creamy and refreshing strawberry panna cotta, perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 100 g sugar
- 1 vanilla bean
- 5 g gelatin sheets
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Heat the cream and sugar in a saucepan over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Split the vanilla bean and scrape the seeds into the cream.
- Squeeze excess water from the gelatin and stir it into the warm cream until dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Blend the strawberries and lemon juice until smooth.
- Top the chilled panna cotta with the strawberry sauce before serving.

- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Chill the panna cotta for a firm texture.
