Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp gelatin
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Heat cream and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla and gelatin mixture, stir well.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Top with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh gelatin for best results.
- Chill molds before pouring for a smoother texture.
