Description

A creamy Italian dessert with a caramel topping, smooth and rich in flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp gelatin
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat cream and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat, add vanilla and gelatin mixture, stir well.
  4. Pour into molds and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  5. Top with caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh gelatin for best results.
  • Chill molds before pouring for a smoother texture.
