Ingredients

- 150g sugar
- 100g butter
- 3 eggs
- 200g diced pears
- 150g chocolate chips
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs, butter, and vanilla extract. Knead until smooth.
- Fold in diced pears and chocolate chips.
- Let dough rise for 2 hours.
- Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

- Use ripe pears for better flavor.
- Let bread cool before slicing.
