- 200g prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 150g roasted turkey, sliced
- 100g brie cheese, sliced
- 80g arugula
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the panettone horizontally into 3 equal layers.
- Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Spread the dressing on the bottom layer of the panettone.
- Layer prosciutto, turkey, brie, and arugula.
- Place the middle layer of panettone and repeat the layering.
- Top with the final panettone layer.
- Press gently to compact the tower.
- Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
