- 500g paccheri pasta
- 300g ground beef
- 200g ricotta cheese
- 100g grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 400g tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook paccheri pasta al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix cooked beef with ricotta, Parmesan, and egg to form the filling.
- Stuff each paccheri with the filling and arrange in a baking dish.
- Pour tomato sauce over the stuffed pasta.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- Use fresh ricotta for best texture.
- Can substitute ground beef with sausage or mushrooms for variation.
