  • 800g canned whole tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 50g grated pecorino cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
  2. Cook paccheri according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Drain pasta and mix with sauce.
  7. Stir in basil and serve with pecorino cheese.
