Description

Paccheri all’Astice is a luxurious pasta dish featuring lobster in a rich tomato-based sauce.


Ingredients

  • 400g paccheri pasta
  • 1 lobster (about 500g)
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and chop the lobster into pieces.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil.
  3. Add lobster pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Cook pasta al dente.
  6. Mix pasta with the lobster sauce.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
