- 400g paccheri pasta
- 1 lobster (about 500g)
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- 50ml olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean and chop the lobster into pieces.
- Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil.
- Add lobster pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook pasta al dente.
- Mix pasta with the lobster sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
