Ingredients

- 200g flour
- 2 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 50g butter, melted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50g grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and Parmesan in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in salmon and dill.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour batter into muffin molds, filling each halfway.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and firm.
