Description

A rich and creamy chocolate mousse perfect for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 50g sugar
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  3. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until creamy.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture.
  6. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  7. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
  8. Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
