- 200g escarole
- 200g chicory
- 150g pork ribs
- 100g Italian sausage
- 50g pancetta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5L chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add pork ribs, sausage, and pancetta. Brown for 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Add escarole and chicory. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
